These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BettrGolf app and services provided by BettrGolf LLC ("BettrGolf," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BettrGolf. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
BettrGolf offers paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite) in addition to a free tier. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pricing: Pro is $14.99/month or $149/year. Elite is $29.99/month or $299/year. Prices may change with notice; any changes will not affect your current billing period.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through your App Store account.
We may offer promotional codes, referral rewards, or trial access at our discretion. These offers are subject to change or withdrawal, may not be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Swing analysis is provided by real instructors and AI coaching is provided as a tool to support your improvement. All guidance is informational and offered in good faith. You are responsible for your own physical activity and should consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical practice. BettrGolf is not liable for injury resulting from following any drill, tip, or recommendation.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering the app, sharing your account, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
All content, drills, designs, software, and branding within BettrGolf are the property of BettrGolf LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as swing videos and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, score improvements, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BettrGolf LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
