If you submit a swing video for analysis, we collect that video and any accompanying notes. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address.
We use your information to provide and improve the app's features — including AI coaching, swing analysis by our instructors, progress tracking, and practice recommendations. We use your email to send you important updates about your account and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Swing videos you submit are shared only with the BettrGolf instructor assigned to review them. They are stored securely and used solely to provide you with personalized feedback. They are not shared with other members.
Conversations with our AI coaches are processed to generate responses and may be used to maintain continuity in your coaching experience. We use trusted third-party AI providers to power these features, and your data is handled in accordance with their security standards.
We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers to store and process data securely. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
BettrGolf relies on third-party services for video storage, secure data processing, and AI functionality. These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their privacy practices.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages.
BettrGolf is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
